This kind of vegetable is good with dried fish and cherry tomatoes, the same as phak phi khuang. (Tienchai Suttanin, personal communication, June 16, 2007)
1. Pound together chili paste ingredients until pulverized
2. Stir chili paste into boiling water.
3. Add dried fish. Bring to a boil and cook until fish is tender. Add tomatoes.
4. Add herniarioides. Cook until herniarioides is tender and remove from heat.
This king of vegetable is cooked for only a short time. It is good when served hot.
