            This kind of namphrik is rather dry. Thua nao khaep or soy bean sheet is made by boiling the beans and leaving them to ferment before pulverizing them and spreading in thin sheets in the sun to dry. (see the explanation of the method of making thua nao khaep). (Sumali Thabun, personal communication, June 27, 2007)

1. Roasted dried Chili spur pepper15 0
2. Roasted Fermented soy bean sheets1 Sheet
3. Garlic10 Cloves
4. Salt1 Tsp.

2. Add chilies and continue pounding.

4. Pound until very fine.
