            This is another vegetable dish with fish (grilled) and prawns can be used also.
 
Ingredients
1. 0 Gigantean100 Gm.
2. Snakehead fish100 Gm.
3. Tomato4 0
4. Lime juice1 0
5. Lemon-scented basil3 0
Curry
1. Fresh green chilies3 0
2. Shallots3 0
3. Garlic20 Cloves
4. Chopped Tumeric 1 Tbsp.
5. Chopped Lemongrass2 Tbsp.
6. Salt1 Tsp.
7. Shrimp paste1 Tbsp.

1. Peel stems of gigantaa and cut in 2” long pieces. Squeeze water out to soften it.
2. Pound together chili paste ingredients until pulverized.
3. Stir chili paste into boiling water.
4. Add gigantean stems.
5. Add fish. When fish is cooked, add lemon-scented basil leaves. Stir and remove from heat.
 
Tips
To soften gigantean stems, mix in a little salt and press them. Squeeze out extra liquid.
Tips
Select fresh fish for sweet soup. Put fish in after water has come to a boil to prevent the fishy smell.
