            This is another kind of sweet popular among the ethnic Tai Yong for the winter time. (Saowapha Thakaeo, personal communication, July 4, 2007)
 
Ingredients
1. Red beans500 Gm.
2. Brown sugar 500 Gm.

1. Wash beans and soak overnight.
2. Boil until beans are tender.
3. Drain and pound until pulverized.
4. Boil brown sugar in a little water to dissolve.
5. Add beans to sugar and stir until a little thick. Remove from heat.
 
Tips
When yard-long beans are in season, their seeds would taste better than red beans.
