            This kind of chili sauce is rather thick. Roasting green bird chilies and garlic will produce a nice aroma. The sauce can be kept in the refrigerator for as long as 2 weeks and the flavor is said to be improved rather than when eaten right after it is cooked. 1. Boiled Pickled bamboo shoots1 Cup
2. Roasted Bird chili15 0
3. Roasted Garlic10 Cloves
4. Salt1/2 Tsp.

1. Boil pickled bamboo shoots about 15 minutes and drain. Pound them until pulverized.
2. Pound together chilies, garlic and salt.
3. Mix in the bamboo shoots and serve in a bowl.
