            This chili sauce is very thick. Any kind of fresh chilies will be good to use. (Siriphon Prongkham, personal communication, June 21, 2007)
 
Ingredients
1. Grilled Green agaric mushroom100 Gm.
2. Roasted Chili spur pepper2 0
3. Roasted Shallots3 0
4. Roasted Garlic5 Cloves
5. Roasted Shrimp paste1 Tbsp.

1. Roast and discard the burnt parts or peels of the chilies, shallots and garlic and pound them together.
2. Add shrimp paste (roasted in banana leaves)
3. Add the grilled mushrooms and pound to mix well
 
Tips
Sprinkle a little salt on the mushrooms while grilling to enhance the flavor and aroma.
Tips
Fully open mushrooms are best for this since they are soft and tender.
