            The consistency of this kind of chili sauce depends on the amount of liquid added. Any kind of chilies can be used. (Siriphon Prongkham, personal communication, June 21, 2007)

1. Minced pork100 0
2. Roasted Chili spur pepper2 0
3. Roasted Shallots3 0
4. Roasted Garlic5 Cloves
5. Salt1/2 Tsp.

1. Boil pork in a small amount of water until it is well done.
2. Pound together the chilies, shallots, garlic and salt
3. Add pork and pound slightly
4. Add some liquid from boiling the pork to the desired consistency.
 
Tips
Squeezing a little lime juice on the pork before boiling will make it tender
