            This chili sauce should be rather dry. Green chilies and bird chilies can be used. (Sumali Thabun, personal communication, June 27, 2007)

1. Pound together the salt, garlic and chilies to a fine paste
2. Add crispy fried pork rind and pound lightly.
 
Tips
It is best to serve the dish right away while the pork rind is still crispy.
Tips
Use freshly fried pork rind to avoid an unpleasant (stale) smell and flavor.
