            This kind of sweet is made in the same way as Khanom-kluea. The main ingredients are molasses, grated coconut and liquid from pandan leaves to make the flower creamy with a nice aroma.
 
Ingredients
1. Glutinous rice flour1 Kg.
2. Brown sugar 1 Kg.
3. Moderately mature Coconut2 Cups
4. Liquid from Pandan leaves1 Cup
5. Water algae2 Cups

1. Mix water, coconut milk and liquid from pandan leaves
2. Stir in grated coconut
3. Add glutinous rice flour. Stir to dissolve.
4. Stir in molasses
5. On a low fire stir the mixture until it thickens or becomes almost firm.
6. Let cool. Put 3 tbsp of the pudding on banana leaves and wrap into a rectangular shape.
7. Steam 30 minutes.
 
Tips
Stir the mixture all the time in one direction to prevent it from sticking to the pot of forming lumps.
