            This can be a good snack or between meal food. It is easily made to sell at all occasions or fairs.
 
Ingredients
1. Wide wet rice noodles1 Kg.
2. Black soy sauce2 Tbsp.
3. Sugar3 Tbsp.
4. Chinese chives10 Stalk
5. Vegetable oil1/2 Cup

1. Peanuts
2. Sugar
3. Chili powder
4. Lime juice
5. Bean sprouts
6. Chinese chives

1. Mix rice noodles with sugar and black soy sauce
2. Blend well.
3. Fry crushed garlic in oil until brown. Add noodles and stir fry to heat thoroughly.
4. Add chives and fry until they are cooked.
