            Kaeng phak huan mu requires dried fish and cherry tomatoes. The cooking method is the same as that of kaeng pak khi khuang, khi siat and phak wan (Prathum Unsi, personal communication, June 25, 2007, Sirawit Chanrat, personal communication, June 15, 2007)

1. Dried chilies15 0

4. Sliced Galangal1 Tbsp.
5. Sliced Lemongrass1 Tbsp.
6. Shrimp paste1 Tsp.
7. Boiled Fermented fish1 Tbsp.

1. Pound the ingredients for chili paste until pulverized.
2. Bring water to a boil and stir in chili paste, dried fish and cook until tender.
3. Add tomatoes and volubilis. Remove from heat when vegetables become tender.
