            Kaeng kluai dip is considered another vegetable dish with unripe bananas as the main ingredient to be cooked with pork.
 
Ingredients
1. Unripe Banana5 0
2. Pork belly100 Gm.
3. Cha om (Acacia insuavis)1 Cup
4. Pepper vine1 Cup
5. Chopped Shallots1 Tbsp.
Curry
1. Dried Bird chili15 0
2. Garlic10 Cloves
3. Shallots5 0
4. Sliced Galangal1 Tbsp.
5. Chopped Lemongrass1 Tbsp.
6. Shrimp paste1 Tbsp.
7. Boiled Fermented fish1 Tbsp.
8. Salt1 Tsp.

1. Peel bananas and slice thinly. Let soak in salt water
2. Pound together chili paste ingredients until pulverized.
3. Stir fry chili paste 1-2 minutes to release the aroma. Add water and bring to a boil.
4. Add pork belly and cook until pork belly is tender.
5. Add bananas and boil 10 minutes until bananas are cooked.
6. Add sliced shallots, acacia insuvais and betel leaves. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
 
Tips
Make sure bananas are boiled to cook to get rid of unpleasant flavor.

Select mature but unripe bananas (namwa or sapientum)
