| Perennial (1-3 years) undershrub, 50-20 cm. high. Stem branched, angular, light green to light brown.
Leaves: simple, alternate, ovate, alternate at the base, glossy green, 3-5 cm. wide, 5-8 cm. long.
Flowers: 2-3, axillary, corolla rotate, with or light green or purple, 5 lobate.
Fruit: ovoid or oblong, obtuse, 0.3-0.5 cm wide, 2-3 cm. long
