This kind of vegetable goes well with dried fish and cherry tomatoes, just like kaeng phak khi siat. (Thianchai Suthanin, personal communication, June 16, 2007)
1. Pound together chili paste ingredients until pulverized.
2. Bring water to a boil and stir in chili paste.
3. Add fish and boil 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes.
4. Add greens. When it is done, remove from heat.
Do not leave the vegetables in the water as they will lose vitamins and minerals.
