Ingredients
1. Rice flour1 Kg.
2. Coconut milk2 Cups
3. Sugar800 Gm.
4. Salt1/2 Tsp.
5. Liquid from Pandan leaves1 Cup

1. Mix flour, coconut milk and salt.
2. Add liquid from pandan leaves.
3. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
4. Put the batter in a brass pan and stir on a low fire.
5. Keep stirring until the batter is thickened and cooked. Remove from heat.
6. Pour on a tray and let set to cool.
