            Protein, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron, Vitamin A, niacin, Vitamin C. The tender tips of the coconut can be stir fried or made into a soup (Kanchana Diwiset, et al., comp., 1999, 201) Lanna people make use of the tender tips (ook pao) to make some delicious dishes.
