Khua refers to stir-frying with a small amount of oil.�Cooking oil is heated and garlic saut้ed before adding other ingredients and the food is cooked on a low fire. �Another method uses only water and no oil.�The ingredients are stir fried in water until they are done then enhances with seasoning agents.
