The former home of Phra Pichitosatha was used as a medical clinic. Phra Pichitosatha formerly Rod Sutantanonda was the son of Luang Vichianosatha (Chuen) and Mom Rachawong Prik Isarangkul. He graduated in the 7th class of the Royal Medical School. He was among the first doctors to come to work in Chiang Mai. He married to Chao Kabkaeo Na Lamphun and had 4 children. One of his sons was Col. Worakarnbancha (Boonkoed Sutantananda) a Senior Royal Servant of King Rama IV (1936-1937). He was the first Mayor of Chiang Mai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand.
When he was working as a Royal Servant to King Rama VI he got to know Phraya Anirutthewas and the two joined together to make an investment to open the San Pa Khoi Market near the Chiang Mai Railway Station. (taken in 1992).
