This square shaped Lanna style wihan is located outside the main temple compound to the northeast of Chedi Haripunchai. The wihan has three such doors and inside is the monumental principle Buddha image in the subduing mara posture. The image is known as Phra Attharot meaning a Buddha image of 18 sok (one sok = 0.6 meters). The wihan underwent some restoration when the arch doors were taken down completely.
