The photograph was taken by a British pilot named Peter William Hunt in 1943 during the survey of some strategic points, as Britain was part of the allied forces. The photographs were taken for attacking purposes. It clearly shows Lamphun City with the moats, city walls, Inthayongyot Road and the Mae Kuang River. |
