            A photograph of Princess Khaekkaeo, the first consort, Princess Lamchiak and Priincess Khaekkaeo, the second consort.
            Princess Lamchiak was a daughter of Chao Chakkhamkhachonsak and Princess Kaekkaeo daughter of Chao Burirat (Chao Noi Phromthep)and Chao Suna Na Lamphun. Princess Lamchiak was born on November 11, 1899 at the old royal residence (Khumluang) of Wangkhwa Road, Lamphun Province. The following is a list of the children of the 10th ruler of Lamphun.

            5.Princess Prakaikham Thongyai Na Ayutthaya

            8.Prince Phatthana Na Lamphun
            Princess Lamchiak studied at Witthayanikhom School in Lamphun during her early years. She was very talented in weaving brocade (phayok) of such intricate patterns that even until today there seems to be no one as gifted in this art of weaving as her. Her secret art of weaving special designs has been passed down among her relatives and remains famous until today.
            Princess Lamchiak married M. C. Kiatprawat Kasemsan, son of Prince Kromluang Phromwaranurak, a grandson of King Rama IV, on 1929. She had one daughter, M. R. Phaniphichit Chunhaman. After several years in Bangkok, she returned to her home town in Lamphun and set up a weaving industry to earn her living until the last part of her life.
            Princess Lamchiak was among the Buddhist devotees. She provided support to the ordination of many monks and novices and constantly participated in merit making. Her being kind and generous made her well loved by all.
            Princess Lamchiak came down with an ailment of hypertension around 1952 and had a stroke and became partly paralyzed until she passed away on July 8, 1960, at the age of 61.
