Wat Pan Sat is in the area of the present Chang Phueak Bus Terminal, Tambon Chang Phueak, Mueang District, Chaing Mai. The temple is deserted with only one castle style chedi remaining. There is no evidence of when it was built though it was found that there have been at least two renovations made to it. Therefore, the chedis body had evidence of being covered over two consecutive times. The inner one as a Lankan style chedi with the outer one, the castle style seen today. M.L. Surasawasdi Suksawasdi mentioned that it was a mixture of the Sukhothai and Chiang Mai art or the Post-Chiang Mai era. Its beauty is shown through the floral stucco designs at both the top and bottom levels of the arched bays. Most of the stucco details have fallen off, however.
