Queen Rambhai Bharni of King Rama VII visited Wat Phra That Haripunchai Woramahawihan. Although the date and month were not recorded, the temples book for visitors indicated that it was in 1926. From the local elder peoples witness, the queen went inside the main wihan and lit candles and incense sticks to pay respect to the principle Buddha image. After that she went out to pay respect to Phra That Haripunchai and poured holy water to bath the Buddhas relics and took a look at some chedis in the temple before leaving the place.
